About Us:
UBF Tours to China are conducted by China Women Travel Service, Beijing Head
Office. CWTS is a subsidiary of the All China Women's Federation. UBF and
CWTS have been business partners since 1992 and we have booked groups and
individuals to China with CWTS every year since then. All of our travelers
have good reports about CWTS service which has been reliable and
professional at all times.
CWTS is a first category travel agency in China. It has been in business for
many years, and is authorized by the Chinese government to provide a full
range of travel services to foreigners visiting China. It has an AAAAA
rating from the Beijing Tourism Administration, only one of eight travel
agencies in Beijing out of 800 to receive this best rating for their
business and management practices and professional reputation.
Profits after costs go from CWTS to support programs benefiting China's
women and children-promoted by the All China Women's Federation.
Ulan Bator Foundation, a California based 501C3, is an authorized seller of
travel, registered with the State of California, and represents CWTS here in
the United States to potential travelers and clients. It also conducts
charitable projects in China under its own California-Xinjiang Medical
Program.
About CWTS Services Offered:
FULL SERVICE INDEPENDENT TRAVEL:
All hotel rooms with breakfast each day during your stay in China;
Transfers to hotel and to airport upon Chinese arrival and departure; All
internal transfers in China in each of the cities or places you visit; Car,
driver, and interpreter each day; Tickets or permits to special sites or
venues. All rail and air tickets; Special meals or banquets; Special
requests or permits.
MINIMAL SERVICE TRAVEL: 'Bare Bones'
All hotel rooms while in China with breakfasts at 3 star hotels or
better; all air and train tickets, and transfers upon arrival and departure
from each Chinese city on the itinerary. In addition services of car,
driver, and English speaking guide in each of the places on the itinerary as
per customer's request.
About UBF Services Offered:
- Assist client in articulating a proposed itinerary or marche route,
with customized services as requested by the client. Verification of clients
itinerary and initiate request for written estimate;
- Secure a professional quote from CWTS. Initiate client contact with
CWTS. Client and CWTS agreement.
- Receive your initial deposit and final payment and deposit same in a
special travel trust account as required by California law.
- Wire this money into the CWTS Bank of China account for you 15 days
prior to your scheduled arrival in China.
COSTS: PRICING
All profits to CWTS after its costs go to the China Women's Federation.
The cost or price of your tour is CWTS net, plus 2% to UBF. This 2% goes to
offset costs of our medical programs in China and Mongolia and can be
claimed as a charitable donation. Letter to client upon request.
Client pays in addition the bank charge of $50 for wire transfer fee and fax
verification fee of your payment from our Bank of America travel trust
account to CWTS. Clients arrange for and pay for the required Chinese visa
on their own.
Any insurances must be arranged and paid for independently of UBF and CWTS
and are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
The Ulan Bator Foundation travel program is low volume. We have no paid
staff and pay no rent. We welcome E mail inquiries from individuals, small
groups, and travel agents.
