13-day Beijing Xi’an Yangtze Cruise Suzhou Shanghai

Day 01: Beijing (No meals)

Arrive in City Beijing. Travelers are warmly welcomed at the International airport and transferred to your hotel.
Day 02: Beijing Day 02: Beijing (B/L/D)

Visit the Street address Tian’anmen Square, the largest city-center square in the world. The square leads to the gate of the place Forbidden City, the massive well-preserved imperial palace for emperors in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Take a visit to the Temple of Heaven in the afternoon. Enjoy Peking Roast Duck dinner in the evening.

Day 03: Beijing (B/L/D)

Today we visit the Great Wall in the morning. It’s the pride of China and truly one of the most amazing man-made constructions which traverses northern mountains for thousands of miles. After lunch, we will drive to the Ming Tomb area for a visit.

The Summer Palace

Day 04: Beijing (B/L/D)

Take a Hutong Tour, which includes a visit to one of the local families. After lunch we will stroll through the Summer Palace, one of China’s grandest imperial gardens with its present outline created under Qing emperor Qianlong from 1749 to 1764.

Day 05: Beijing – Xi’an (B/L/D)

Take a morning flight to China’s ancient capital Xi’an in the morning. Upon arrival, visit the fascinating Ancient City Wall, the only complete city wall extant in China, and the Big Goose Pagoda, the symbol of the city, built in 652 in the Tang Dynasty to safely keep the 657 volumes of Buddhist scriptures brought from India by Monk Xuan Zang

Terra Cotta Warriors

Day 06: Xi’an (B/L/D)

The Terra Cotta Warriors excavation site contain more than 7,300 warriors, horses, and chariots that were crafted more than 2,000 years ago in honor of China’s first Emperor, Qin Shi Huang. After lunch, visit the Banpo Neolithic Village.
Day 07: Xi’an Congaing (B/L/D)

Fly to Chongqing in the morning. Upon arrival, have a city tour. Embark and overnight on board of the Yangtze Cruising boat.

Day 08: Yangtze River Cruise (B/L/D)

At 8:30 you will have a Safety, Orientation & River Briefing. You will learn the geography & river lore of China. After lunch, disembark at Fengdu, the "Ghost City" for an excursion. Around 20:30 Captain's Welcome Party presents Chinese folk dance and music performance.

Qutong Gorge Day 09: Shennong Stream Xiling Gorge Sandouping (B/L/D)

Begin the passage with Qutang Gorge, the shortest and the grandest among the Three Gorges. Disembark at Badong for an excursion to the Shennong Stream. The trip features natural beauty and an exciting boat ride drifting along the crystal stream. Afterwards pass the eastern section of Xiling Gorge. Then the boat will pass the ship locks of Gezhouba Dam
Three Gorges Dam Day 10: Yichang Shanghai (B/L/D)

After breakfast visit the new Three Gorges Dam. Then pass the western section of Xiling Gorge. Exit the gorges at Yichang city at 13:30. Drive to Airport for flight from Yichang to Shanghai. Upon arrival, check in hotel.
The Bund Day 11:  Shanghai (B/L/D)

A daytime tour offers a cosmopolitan metropolis journey to Yu Garden, the Jade Buddha Temple and the Children’s Palace. Then continue to walk along the pristine waterfront Bund. After dinner, enjoy the Acrobatic Show.
Zhouzheng Garden Day 12: Shanghai – Suzhou (B/L/D)

Take a morning train to Suzhou. Visit the Zhuozheng Garden, the Wangshi Garden and the Tiger Hill. Take an evening train back to Shanghai.
Day 13: Shanghai (B)

Send to the airport for the departure flight from Beijing back home.
