Day 01: Beijing (No meals)

Arrive in City Beijing. Travelers are warmly welcomed at the Capital Airport and transferred to your hotel.

Day 02: Beijing (B/L/D)

Visit the Street address Tian’anmen Square, the largest city-center square in the world. The square leads to the gate of the place Forbidden City, the massive well-preserved imperial palace for emperors in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Take a visit to the Temple of Heaven in the afternoon. Enjoy Peking Roast Duck dinner in the evening.
The Great Wall

Day 03: Beijing (B/L/D)

Today we visit the Great Wall of China in the morning. It's the pride of China and truly one of the most amazing man-made constructions. After lunch, we will drive to the Summer Palace, one of China's grandest imperial gardens with its present outline created under Qing emperor Qianlong from 1749 to 1764.

Zhuozheng Garden

Day 04: Beijing/Shanghai/Suzhou (B/L/D)

Take a morning flight to Shanghai, then drive to Suzhou, a city famous for its gardens in China. After arrival, visit the Zhuozheng Garden which was initially a private garden of a former government servant in Ming Dynasty. Then go to have a look at the Great Canal. Overnight in Suzhou.

Tuisi Garden Day 05: Suzhou - Tongli (B/L/D)

Today, we travel to Tongli, a unique water village outside Suzhou. Visit the Tuisi Garden to learn about the lavish life style of its residents. Then, learn about traditional Chinese wedding customs at a local folklore museum. Take an exciting ride on a gondola and experience the charm of Tongli's waterways. Then go to visit the Tiger Hill. Return to Suzhou in the afternoon.

West Lake

Day 06: Suzhou - Hangzhou (B/L/D)

After breakfast, travel to Hangzhou, one of China's premier tourist destinations. An old Chinese saying states, "In heaven above there is Paradise, on earth there is Suzhou and Hangzhou¡". Hangzhou has been the inspiration for poets and artists for centuries. After lunch, take a cruise on the picturesque West Lake, which is said to be created from a pearl dropped by a phoenix and a dragon, and proclaimed by the Chinese "the landscape composed by a painter". Stroll along the lake¡'s causeways and immerse ourselves in its beauty. We also visit the famed Broken Bridge to marvel at the Golden Fishes. Overnight in Hangzhou.

Day 07: Hangzhou - Shanghai (B/L/D)

This morning, tour the 1,700-year-old Lingyin Temple, one of China's most famous monasteries. Originally constructed in 326 AD, the present structures reflect their restoration during the Qing Dynasty. Another sacred site is The Peak That Flew from Afar, so aptly named because it resembles a Holy Mountain in India that was thought to have been transported to this spot. Tour this site and note that the 380 Buddhist sculptures and inscriptions were carved more than 700 years ago. In the afternoon, drive back to Shanghai. Check into your hotel.
The Bund Day 08: Shanghai (B/L/D)

Begin the visit today with a stroll through the Yu Garden. As one of the well-known garden of classical style south of the Yangtze River, Yu Garden is located in Chenghuangmiao (city god temple) in urban Shanghai. After lunch, continue the tour with a visit to the Jade Buddha Temple, and the Children¡¯s Palace where you will have a look of Chinese children¡¯s colorful activities after school. After these, walk along the pristine waterfront Bund. After dinner, enjoy the Acrobatic Show.

Day 09 Shanghai
Take a flight back home from Shanghai.
